Submissions

For music submissions, or questions/concerns please follow the directions below and send info to info.WhyCauseICan@gmail.com

ATTENTION: Due to the large number of submissions we receive, we ask that you follow these guidelines because WE WILL NOT contact you if you’re missing any of the following. We will contact you if we decide to include your submission in a featured blog post.

On WhyCauseICan.com, we select the music that fit our viewers preference to be on the site and music that we love.

We also charge $50 to be automatically posted on the site within 24 hours. This will include the music artwork to be posted on our instagram as well as a 3 day promo on our twitter and multiple accounts which totals to over 30,000 viewers.

After paid, please send email with artist cover art, music link, or video link, social media and brief description to info.whycauseican@gmail.com.

For Song Submissions:

1. A short biography and or song write up is required. (Write ups should include song title, producer name, what album or mix tape the song will be on and more.)
2. Studio quality recordings (mp3 format no m4a or wma).
3. Song COVER ART is required, not instagram photos of yourself from your cell phone.
4. Your social networking links such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and others.

For Video Submissions:

1. Please send the link to your high quality video, no cell phone quality videos will be posted.
2. A short biography and or a video write up is required. (Write ups should include the song title, producer name, director name, what album or mixtape the song will be on and more.) The more information provided the better.
3. Your social networking links such as Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram and more.
4. A high quality screenshot of your video would be great. (A simple screenshot will increase the chances of your video getting viewed by us when its submitted)

For Mixtape/Albums/EP’s or LP Submissions:

1. Please send the download link to your mixtape (datpiff, sound cloud, and etc).
2. The artwork and track list for your mixtape is required in the email as well (just emailing us a datpiff link will not get you posted).
3. A short write up is required. (Write ups should include the mixtape title, producers, features, why the mixtape was name this, what can be expected from the mixtape and more.) The more information provided the better.
4. Your social networking links such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and others.
